Board to make yearly report.

221.350. The board of county visitors each year shall prepare a fullreport of their proceedings during the year, with such recommendations asthey may deem advisable, and shall file the same with the presiding judgeof the circuit court, sheriff, and county commission. Whenever the boardof county visitors shall present a memorial or report to the countycommission or to the judge of the circuit court, they shall, at the sametime, transmit a copy of the same to the sheriff of the county.
