Damage to jail property, class D felony.

221.353. 1. A person commits the crime of damage to jail property ifsuch person knowingly damages any city, county, or private jail building orother jail property.

2. A person commits the crime of damage to jail property if suchperson knowingly starts a fire in any city, county, or private jailbuilding or other jail property.

3. Damage to jail property is a class D felony.
