Right conferred to maintain and operate such mines, lands, quarries,plants, factories or other property.

226.260. Such state transportation department or otherbody designated by law to have charge of the statehighways of the state of Missouri shall have the right tomaintain and operate such land, mines, quarries, plants,factories or other property to manufacture such road building orroad maintenance material, and such transportationdepartment may sell and dispose of the materials and productsproduced by the operation of such land, mines, quarries, plants,factories or other properties to counties, townships, roaddistricts and other political subdivisions of the state.
