Landmark signs, permitted when.

226.545. Notwithstanding any other provision of sections226.500 to 226.600, outdoor advertising signs lawfully inexistence on October 22, 1965, determined by agreement betweenthe state highways and transportation commission and theSecretary of Transportation to be landmark signs, including signson farm structures or natural surfaces, of historical or artisticsignificance may be maintained.
