Contract requirements not in compliance with federal law to be nulland void.

226.910. If the United States Secretary of Transportationdetermines that sections 226.900 to 226.907 have the effect ofplacing the state of Missouri in noncompliance with any federalconstitutional, statutory or regulatory provision that wouldresult in the loss of any federal aid funds to the Missourihighways and transportation commission, then sections 226.900 to226.907 shall be null and void.
