226.963. If the commission recommends that the approval of theapplication or request be conditioned upon special modifications or limits,either the regulatory authority or the applicant property owner may rejectthe conditions, and written notice of this rejection shall be served uponthe commission and the regulatory authority or applicant by personaldelivery or certified mail. In the event the conditions requested by thecommission are rejected, the commission shall be deemed to have givennotice of probable intent to acquire the whole or any part of the subjectproperty which is within the highway corridor on the date it received thewritten notice of rejection of its conditions, and no action shall be takenby the regulatory authority to approve the application or request at thattime.
