Failure to comply with requirements.

227.200. In the event any bank or trust company and thecounty, civil subdivision or interested parties shall fail orrefuse to comply with the requirements of sections 227.180 and227.190, the said bank or trust company shall forthwith surrendersaid moneys so deposited to the credit of the state highways andtransportation commission of Missouri as trustee, and the saidstate highways and transportation commission shall immediatelydeposit said trust funds in some other Missouri bank or trustcompany which shall comply with said sections.
