White lines at outer edge of highway required.

227.221. The state transportation department shall markall primary roads and highways outside the city limitsof any incorporated city, town, or village with a white linealong the outer or right-hand edge of such road or highway. Themark shall be made of the same substance and shall be of the samewidth as centerlines are on such roads and highways.
