Franklin Street designated for portion of Highway 47 in the city ofWashington.

227.320. The portion of the state highway system which was designatedas Highway 47 as of January 1, 2009, within the limits of the city ofWashington shall be designated and known as "Franklin Street" and shall notbe designated as a numbered state highway.
