No revocation of order establishing or vacating road--amendmentof order.

228.130. The county commission shall not revoke or set asideany order establishing or vacating any public road, nor shall apetition to vacate or reestablish such road be entertained bysuch county commission for a period of one year from the time ofentering the order; except that the county commission may amendany such order where necessary to carry out the purposes of thislaw.
