Service of process, how issued--rules of civil procedure toapply, when.
228.348. Upon the filing of the petition, service ofprocess shall be issued as provided in the rules of civilprocedure. Thereafter, the rules of civil procedure shall applywhen not inconsistent with the statutory proceedings set out insections 228.342 to 228.368.
