Change of judge, venue.

228.365. Any application for change of judge must be filedwithin thirty days after the answer to the petition is due orwithin thirty days after designation of the judge who willconduct the nonjury hearing for establishment or widening of theprivate road, whichever date is later. Any application forchange of venue may only be filed within ten days afterexceptions to the commissioners' report are filed.
