If it shall appear from the application that itwill be necessary to cut, remove, raise or in any way interferewith any electric wires, transmission lines, or the feed andtrolley wires of any interurban railroad, or move any polesbearing any such wires or cables, or that it will be necessary tocross the tracks of any steam or interurban railroad, it shall bethe duty of the county clerk to give the persons, firms orcorporations owning or operating such wires, feed wires,transmission lines, trolley wires, or owners of such steam orinterurban railroads at least five days' notice of the time andplace when and where the removal of said poles, or the cutting orraising or otherwise interfering with said wires, or the crossingof any steam or interurban railroad will be necessary.
