Railroad company failing to make change, circuit court to enforceorders.

229.410. If such railroad company shall fail to make suchchanges as shall be directed by the county commission, withinthirty days after such order shall have been made and such noticegiven as provided in section 229.390, then any circuit court, orother court having jurisdiction of such causes, shall enforceobedience to such orders by mandamus or by other properproceedings.
