County highway commission--members to receive expenses.

230.010. 1. There is hereby created and established in theseveral counties of this state a "County Highway Commission" tobe composed of four members who shall possess the qualifications,and be appointed in the manner and for the term in this chapterprovided.

2. Members of the county highway commission shall servewithout compensation but each of them shall receive his actualand necessary expenses and a mileage allowance of five cents permile actually and necessarily traveled at his own expense in theperformance of his duties.
