Alternative form authorized in certain counties.

230.200. There is hereby provided an alternative countyhighway commission which may be adopted by any county of thethird or fourth class in this state, except counties of the thirdclass containing all or a part of a city having a population ofthree hundred fifty thousand or more, in lieu of the countyhighway commission established by sections 230.020 to 230.110.
