231.070. Overseer to keep roads in repair--to conform to specifications of engineer.
231.070. It shall be the duty of the road overseer to keepthe roads in his district in as good repair as the funds at hiscommand will permit. He shall at all times conform to the plansand specifications and instructions of the county highwayengineer for the character of the work in question.
