Toll bridges, how controlled.

234.050. The control and management of any toll bridge ortoll road which may have been constructed originally by anycorporation, partnership or person, whether chartered under thegeneral laws or organized under special act, whose charter hasexpired or may hereafter expire, is hereby passed to and vestedin the county commission of the county or counties in which suchbridge or road may be situated.
