Counties may issue bonds.

234.110. After filing of such report as provided in section234.100 the county commission, with such city or the properauthorities thereof, may make, or cause to be made, a contractfor the purchase of such right-of-way and such counties may issuebonds for such purpose, as authorized by the general lawgoverning the issuance of bonds by counties.
