Toll bridge to be part of state highway system.

234.180. The state highways and transportation commission ofthe state of Missouri is hereby authorized and directed toinclude as a part of the state highway system the whole of anytoll bridge across any river forming a common boundary to thisstate and any other state or states, now or hereafterconstructed, maintained, operated or owned by any person, firm orcorporation, and to construct, maintain and operate, as a part ofsaid state highway system, an approach within the boundaries ofthe state of Missouri to such bridge and highways connecting thesame with established highways.
