Bonds, how sold or exchanged.

234.270. Toll bridge revenue refunding bonds issued underthe provisions of sections 234.210 to 234.300, may be sold atsuch time and in such manner as the issuing authority maydetermine upon, or such refunding bonds may be issued anddelivered in exchange for and upon surrender and cancellation ofthe bonds to be refunded thereby, with adjustment of interest tobe made in cash, if necessary.
