234.370. Commissioners--appointment and qualifications.
234.370. Within ninety days after this law becomes effectivethe governor shall, by and with the advice and consent of thesenate, appoint five commissioners of the Tennessee-MissouriBridge Commission created by compact between the states ofMissouri and Tennessee. If the senate is not in session at thetime for making any appointment, the governor shall make atemporary appointment as in case of a vacancy. All commissionersso appointed shall be qualified voters of the state of Missouriand shall reside within the county of Pemiscot, Missouri, orcounties adjacent thereto.
