Purpose of district--location.

235.020. A street light maintenance district shall have forits purpose the maintenance and operation of the street lights onthe streets of the district. Such district must be wholly withina county of class one, must consist of contiguous tracts orparcels of property, and may be contiguous to but may not includeany part of any incorporated city, town or village.
