Notice to be published, when.

235.050. Immediately after the filing of such petition, thecounty commission shall, by order, fix a time and place not lessthan thirty days nor more than sixty days after the petition isfiled for a hearing thereon, and thereupon the county clerk shallcause notice by publication to be made of the filing of thepetition and the pendency of the action and of the time and placeof the hearing.
