Board members to qualify, how--bonds.

235.090. Whenever a district has been declared duly andfinally organized, the members of the board shall qualify byfiling with the county clerk their oaths of office, which shallbe in the form prescribed by the constitution, and such boardmembers shall also file with the county clerk corporate suretybonds to be furnished at the expense of the district, the formand amount thereof to be fixed and approved by the countycommission, and said bonds to be conditioned for the faithfulperformance of their duties as directors.
