Treasurer's bond--financial statement.

235.110. The treasurer shall keep strict and accurateaccounts of all money received by and disbursed for and on behalfof the district in permanent records. He shall file with thecounty clerk, at the expense of the district, a corporate suretybond in an amount to be determined by the board, conditioned onthe faithful performance of the duties of his office. He shallfile in the office of the county clerk a detailed financialstatement for the preceding fiscal year of the district on behalfof the board during the month of January. The fiscal year of theboard shall be the same as the calendar year.
