Attendance fee--expenses--power of removal.

235.120. Each member of the board shall receive anattendance fee in an amount not to exceed fifty dollars per diemfor attending each regularly called board meeting, but shall notbe paid for attending more than one in any calendar month. Eachmember of the board shall be reimbursed for his actualexpenditures in the performance of his duties on behalf of thedistrict. The county commission shall have power to removedirectors or any of them for good cause shown upon a petition,notice and hearing.
