Property to be sold for delinquent taxes--manner.

235.200. If the taxes levied are not paid as provided insection 235.190, then the delinquent real property shall be soldat the regular tax sale for the payment of said taxes, interestand penalties, in the manner provided by the statutes of thestate of Missouri for selling property for the nonpayment ofgeneral taxes. If there are no bids at said tax sale for theproperty so offered, said property shall be struck off to thecounty or other agency provided by law, and the county or agencyshall account to the district in the same manner as provided bylaw for accounting for school, town and city taxes. Delinquentpersonal property shall be distrained and sold as provided bygeneral law.
