Appointment of trustee to liquidate district.

235.270. No dissolution of such district shall invalidate oraffect any right accruing to such district, or to any person, orinvalidate or affect any contract or indebtedness entered into orimposed upon such district or person; and whenever the countycommission shall, under the provisions of section 235.260,dissolve any such district, the said commission shall appointsome competent person to act as trustee for the said district sodissolved, and such trustee before entering upon the discharge ofhis duties shall take and subscribe an oath that he willfaithfully discharge the duties of his office, and shall givebond with sufficient security, to be approved by the countycommission, to the use of such dissolved district, for thefaithful discharge of his duties, and shall proceed to liquidatesaid district under orders of said commission.
