Conveyance of property to district, how.

238.265. The state of Missouri, upon approval by anappropriate act of the general assembly, the commission, or alocal transportation authority holding title to real estate, maygive, grant and convey to or for the use of a district suchright-of-way or other easement in such real estate as may benecessary for the development of a project.
