Local transportation authority not to control projectimprovements, exception.

238.270. Unless otherwise approved by contract of thedistrict, project improvements shall not be under the controland jurisdiction of a local transportation authority while thedistrict retains control and jurisdiction over the project. Theprovisions of chapter 228, RSMo, are inapplicable totransportation development districts.
