Funding mechanisms, allowable--deposits with commission, purpose.

238.322. 1. A corporation may use any one or more of thefunding methods specifically authorized by sections 238.300 to238.360 and any other lawful funding the corporation may obtainfor the project.

2. The commission may by contract with a corporationreceive any revenue received by a corporation from any fundingmethod authorized by sections 238.300 to 238.360. Such revenueshall be deposited by the commission pursuant to section227.180, RSMo, and applied by the commission to project costsincluding debt service on revenue bonds or refunding bondsissued by the corporation or the commission under sections238.300 to 238.360.
