Property, corporation may purchase and control access.

238.332. The corporation may, subject to commissionapproval:

(1) Purchase land or receive contributions of land and cashfor project right-of-way;

(2) Limit and control access from adjacent property to acorporation project; and

(3) Sell and convey excess right-of-way for fair marketvalue to any person or entity.
