Governor to relinquish title to certain lands, when.

241.040. The governor of the state is hereby authorized torelinquish the title of the state to such swamp and overflowedlands as may have been sold by the general government since thepassage of the law donating said lands to the state in which theylie, whenever the counties interested in said lands may, by anorder of the county commission, authorize him so to do.
