Compensation of persons appointed to designate lands.

241.070. Whenever the lands contemplated in sections 241.010to 241.280, in any county, shall have been designated andreported by the person or persons appointed in such county forthat purpose, the county commission shall audit the account ofsuch person, and allow such reasonable compensation for suchservices as they may deem just, to be paid from the countytreasury.
