County recorder to record patents.

241.110. It shall be the duty of the secretary of state toforward all patents, when the same shall be executed and recordedas required by sections 241.010 to 241.280, to the clerks of theseveral county commissions of this state, and so soon as the sameshall be received by said clerks, the several county commissionsshall cause the same to be duly recorded in the recorder's officeof their respective counties, as other conveyances are requiredby law to be recorded.
