241.130. Nothing in this law shall be so construed as torequire the secretary of state to patent to the several counties,as provided in sections 241.010 to 241.280, any swamp oroverflowed lands heretofore patented to the several counties inwhich such lands lie or which have been patented to any person orpersons by the state, nor shall the secretary of state issuepatents to any individuals for any overflowed or swamp landssituate in the various counties in this state.
