Issuance of patent, how.

241.220. Whenever full payment shall be made for any of saidland by the purchaser thereof, the county commission shall causethe clerk of said commission to issue to the purchaser orpurchasers, his or their heirs or assigns, a patent for the same,which patent shall be signed by the presiding commissioner of thecounty commission, countersigned by the clerk thereof, andrecorded in the swamp land patent book, in the office of thecounty clerk.
