Errors in description, how corrected.

241.230. The county commission of any county in this state,authorized by law to sell and make title to bona fide purchasersto any swamp and overflowed lands granted by the state to thecounty for the purposes of reclamation, shall, by an order ofrecord, upon sufficient proof being made by the owner of anyswamp and overflowed lands undertaken to be sold, that an errorhas been made in the description of such lands, correct sucherror or misdescription wherever it occurs, whether in record ofentry, certificate of purchase, patent, or the record thereof;provided, such correction shall not prejudice the rights of otherparties.
