Cost of organization, how paid.

242.440. Nothing in sections 242.010 to 242.690 shallauthorize or be construed to authorize any uniform tax or any taxof any kind to pay any expenses mentioned or referred to insection 242.430, in addition to or in excess of the uniform taxof one dollar per acre upon each acre of land within suchdistricts mentioned in said section 242.430.
