Notice of filing of report to be published--form.

243.110. Upon the filing of the report of the viewers and engineer, theclerk shall immediately give notice of the filing thereof, by publication insome newspaper published in the county wherein the proceeding is pending.Such notice shall be published for three successive weeks, three times, andshall be substantially in the following form, to wit:

NOTICE OF FILING OF VIEWERS' REPORT IN

DRAINAGE DISTRICT NO. ......... OF

...... COUNTY, MISSOURI.

Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the followingdescribed land and other property included within drainage district No.......... of ......... County, Missouri (here describe land and otherproperty), that the viewers heretofore appointed to establish the preciselocation of the improvements, to assess benefits and damages to the propertyand lands situate in said drainage district and to appraise the cash value ofland necessary to be taken for rights-of-way and other works of said districtwithin or without the limits of said district, filed their report in thisoffice on the ......... day of ........., 20...., and you and each of you arehereby notified that you may examine said report and file exceptions to all orany part thereof, as provided by law.
