Condemnation of additional land.

243.130. The county commission shall have the right tocondemn for the use of a district organized under the provisionsof this chapter any necessary land or other property not acquiredor condemned by the county commission on the report of theviewers, following also the procedure that is now provided by lawfor the appropriation of land or other property taken fortelegraph, telephone and railroad rights-of-way.
