Claims for fees, how paid.

243.430. Until the proceeds of taxes or bonds are available,all fees under this chapter shall be paid out of the countytreasury when claims therefor are allowed by the countycommission, and the general county fund shall be reimbursed outof the money realized from the sale of bonds or collection oftaxes.
