Failure or refusal of official to perform duty--penalty.

243.480. If any engineer or county commission or clerk ofthe circuit court or other official shall neglect or refuse toperform any duty imposed by the provisions of this chapter, heshall forfeit and pay a fine of one hundred dollars for everysuch refusal, to be recovered by proper process.
