Districts may reorganize.

245.040. Any levee district of Missouri heretoforeorganized, in process of organization or that may hereafter beorganized under the provisions of any previous or existing lawsof this state, either general or special, other than sections245.010 to 245.280, may elect in the manner herein provided tobecome and be reorganized under the provisions of sections245.010 to 245.280.
