Board to supervise work.

245.380. Said work shall be done by said contractors underthe supervision of said board of directors, or any engineer orengineers to be selected by them for that purpose, and whencompleted, if performed according to the terms of their contractand the plans and specifications submitted to said meeting oflandholders, shall be received and accepted by said board ofdirectors.
