Board may change location of levee.

245.400. In case any emergency should arise rendering itnecessary, or in case the board of levee directors deem itexpedient to change the location of the levee first agreed upon,or at any time to extend the same for a short distance to alocation which they believe would furnish a better place oftermination thereof, the said board of levee directors shall havepower to make such changes or extensions.
