Form of warrants.

245.500. The warrant thus drawn shall be in the following form, andshall be signed by the president of the board of directors and countersignedby the secretary:

To the treasurer of ...... County, Missouri:

Pay out of any money in the treasury belonging to said levee district, to......, the sum of ...... dollars, with interest thereon at the rate of eightpercent per annum from date of presentation to you for payment, untilsufficient funds of said district are in the treasury to pay the same.
