Board to levy maintenance tax to pay warrants.

246.130. It shall be the duty of the board to levy amaintenance tax each year sufficient to pay such tax anticipationwarrants and interest thereon, and an additional ten percent foremergencies and delinquent collections, in addition to theregular maintenance tax. All such levies shall be extended andcollected as by law provided for the levy and collection ofmaintenance taxes.
