Court to appoint guardian ad litem.

246.190. In all proceedings for the formation andadministration of drainage and levee districts in Missouri underthe provisions of any existing, future or special statute, thecourt shall appoint some reputable attorney as guardian ad litemto represent all infants and incapacitated persons interested inthe organization or administration of such district. In case theinterests of such infants or incapacitated persons shall appearto the court to be adverse to each other, then and in such casethe court shall appoint as many different persons as guardians adlitem as the circumstances of the case may require. The personsso appointed shall appear for and represent their wards in allmatters connected with the proceedings, and shall be paid suchsum as the court may fix upon, out of the moneys in the funds ofthe districts, for their services.
